<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38eb550 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38eb550\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This workshop is ideal for hypnotherapists who would like to include some rapid therapy approaches and EMDR techniques in their skillset.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">We will be covering a range of approaches which employ EMDR,\u00a0 to address sport performance, anxiety, weight, phobias and wellbeing enhancement.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">As this will be an intensive and highly practical workshop, participants will need to be familar with hypnotising (so no total novices, but students are fine). A rapid hypnotherapy induction will be taught on the day, so there is no need to already be trained in rapid hypnotherapy.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">There is no need to already be trained in EMDR or Hypno-EMDR. It is thought to enable individuals to access, process and resolve unpleasant memories and disturbing life experiences. The use of EMDR helps clients to identify and change\u00a0 negative beliefs, emotions and body sensations, relating to past and future situations. It also aids in the generation of positive beliefs and sensations.
